RULES AND REGULATIONS OF WINGS COMMUNITY

 

 

Joining Formalities:-

A member can join the WINGS Community if they are a student/staff/artists/member of Kalavadhyam Academy or their family member (mother, wife, sister, daughter, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law) who is associated with the student/staff/artists/member of Kalavadhyam Academy. Membership is lifetime free of cost and you can join the community by filling up the membership application form.

 

Committee Members:

WINGS Community will be having a Core Committee members directly nominated by the DCKA (Development Committee of Kalavadhyam Academy) through voting which is approved by the Kalavadhyam Management. The core committee shall have a President, Secretary, Vice President, Convener, Treasurer & Coordinator followed by committee members.

 

Approvals & Extended Support:

WINGS Community members who would like to organize charity services, awareness training programs, skill development/any development programs for NGO/Orphanages and willing to spend a good quality time in caring old age home members for a day can present the planner to WINGS Core Committee members which shall be taken for approval from DCKA who shall provide an extended support to all members of WINGS.

 

Active Participation:

Members of WINGS should ensure that every month you showcase your talents and also participate for the activities arranged once in every quarter. Being a community we should ensure that we are good examples in terms of coordination and women empowerment. Any member seen not active in the community and not seen participating for the organized activities, shall be considered as NO INTEREST in community and their membership shall be revoked until further communication received from member’s end.

 

Monthly Meeting:
Monthly meetings are arranged as a get-together for tea-snacks and to get a chance to connect with all members. This meeting can be made productive in planning the training, programs, or any activities as a team.  Meetings will be held during the second Saturday of every month.

 

 

Availability During Emergency:

It is our responsibility that we should be available for our members when they are in need. This community or also called as family should consider in helping the ones during any any critical medical emergencies.

 

Limitations To External Finances or Unauthorized Transactions:-

This is a community that has no joining fees or renewal fees. Management and DCKA approves the amount only for a valid purpose based on request placed. Any internal financial transactions like Chits/Loans/Credits/etc within the community without intimating the DCKA members and without the consent form the Secretary of DCKA, a strict action will be taken on the members involved in the activity and their membership remain canceled with immediate effect

No Misbehaving with Members

No committee members/core committee members shall misbehave with others within the community or in Kalavadhyam. If any concerns related to the same, you may reach out to Convener of WINGS Community or even raise a support request at www.kalavadhyam.org/support

Exit Formalities:

Any member who is willing to exit from this community will need to write a mail to convener.wingskaac@gmail.com which will officially be considered as exit. Any member without intimation/absconding/inactive for more than 2 Months, their membership remains canceled with immediate effect.

 

Activities, Training & Developments:

The main agenda of forming WINGS are as mentioned below:-

1. Showcase the talents of every members of WINGS and posting it to Kalavadhyam’s Online Magazine “Kalalokham”.

         The talent activities can include:

          - Arts: Dance, Singing, Music, Instruments, Drawing, Paintings, Craft Works

          - Cooking: Uploading a video of cooking, Sharing the cooking recipes, or any videos of exploring varieties of    food from       

            different places

          - Teaching: Creating any teaching videos for kids with the age group of 3 years to 12 years

2. Training: Conduct training activities for women, girl children on any topics that can be benefited for the  

developments and awareness.

3. Skill Development: Conducting Internal and External training on Skill Development

4. Content Creation: WINGS Community can have a vlog/blog/social media pages created where the activities or

any contents can be prepared and uploaded for public view

5. Charity & Social Service:  Organizing a one day activity engaging the entire members of WINGS by

collaborating with any NGO’s, Orphanages, Old Age Homes.

6. Yoga Activity: Organize a special yoga training for our WINGS Community once in every quarter

7. Career Opportuinites: Any members within the community looking out for job opportunities can even discuss   in the open forum so that the community can share couple of references

8. Devotion: Committee members can plan a slokam session like with having everyone gathered at a place

9. Development: Each and every committee members should ensure to increase the headcounts in this  

community and also to take individual responsibilities to be an active member by responding.

10. Program Participations: Any events/programs organized by Kalavadhyam Academy, WINGS and its members should be present and actively participate.

Controlling Body, Authorized Committee and Approving Team:

Any internal decisions or developments can be proposed and finalized with the Core Committee Members that includes President, Secretary, Treasurer, Convener, Development Coordinator & POSH ICC Member

 

For member joining/exiting, convener to take the decision and do the needful.

 

Any financial approvals/transaction realated discussions, WINGS Treasurer with approval from President/Secretary can submit it to DCKA Finance Team

 

For Final Approvals/Decisions, Kalavadhyam Management shall be the point of contact
